TACFIT FIREFIGHTER was created by firefighters Christian Carson and Ryan Provencher to provide a comprehensive health and fitness program to augment this occupational training of firefighters. All of our programs are based relating to the principals of Circular Weight training, providing a holistic and additionally health first approach.
